My chosen design outcome focuses on streamlining the data collection process for Gloss representatives. Using a combination of the iPad’s camera and LiDAR scanner, the user is able to make notes in augmented reality that are easily accessible by employees on their personalised dashboard. This creates an automated work-flow that is easily understood, regardless of the users familiarity with the environment.
